Day 720 (Day 23 of 30) - The Pure Perfection of Innocence

Image
I recorded a video today for my YouTube channel , and one of the points that came through was the true nature/expression of who we are. For those who have been following along long enough, you know what I will say, lol—our innocence, of course—but today's recording made the point clearer for me.  Simply put, looking at who each one is as they were born into this world- innocent, pure, perfect.  That is who we really are. There is no denying or getting around that. The being we are, that All are, when entering this world/reality, is innocent, pure, and perfect. The perfection of Life expressed.  To say it is anything less than that for the rest of its life is the lie.  I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as less than perfect, pure, and innocent I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define anyone else as less than perfect, pure, and innocent I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see mysel...

Day 719 (Day 22 of 30) - Standing Equal to Innocence, All is Forgiven

Image
The most powerful and potent moment of my life was just after my son Phoenix was born. I was in the midst of my daily self-forgiveness application, which I had been walking for over a decade at that point.  I had noticed how during this time, after giving birth, my self-forgiveness felt more substantial, so much so I mentioned this to my partner. I felt more in my body, more present, and the points I was walking through with self-forgiveness seemed to be of more substance.  In this one particular moment/day I was applying self-forgiveness, I don't recall the specific point that I was opening up but I will never forget the line of self-forgiveness that was (one of) my most precious realizations.  The self-forgiveness was for thinking/believing I needed to be forgiven in the first place - within this - the realization that I was born innocent and subject to circumstances, belief systems, environments, past generations, and all the things that shaped and molded me into who I...

653: Competing with my Partner

Image
One aspect of my agreement with my partner that has become glaringly obvious and oh so troublesome for us is the fact that we seem to not work together as a team, but rather end up working against each other - like we are actually competing, each trying to win over the other. We both are aware of this, and how silly it is, and how problematic it is when it shows up in certain aspects of our lives. For me it started out in thinking we just can't work on projects together but I know this is like giving up instead of being willing to look at myself and see where I can change to actually make it work... where can I change to allow us to better work together? I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to compete with my partner where it's like we are on separate teams, playing a game , and there can only be one winner instead of realizing we are actually on the same team, with the same goal, and it can be a win/win situation I forgive myself that I have accepte...

631: Sounding Self-Forgiveness

Image
Art By:  Paulo Zerbato One point that came up as I was coming to an end of the 30-day of self-forgiveness was to continue the journey with a 30-days of sounding self-forgiveness. This would be to speak the self-forgiveness out loud, sounding myself as the words, as the forgiveness, with my voice. I thought that would be a very cool point to walk as I also have hardly given myself the opportunity to really establish myself within my voice, and my sound. What is interesting is one of the very first experiences I had with speaking self-forgiveness was quite radical in that I saw physically what I was moving within myself... how I was actually physically releasing these threads of information from myself, as giving up ideas, beliefs, self-definition, and limitations I've held onto for so long, and at the same time, experiencing this centering within myself, within the very core of myself. It was a remarkable experience because there was movement and substantiation with every li...

608: Forgive Them (13 of 30)

Image
In a recent discussion, I realized I've never actually forgiven others for things they've done to me in my past. I have had people, intentionally or not, cause me harm and pain and while I've been busy for years with self-forgiveness, I have only realized now the importance of forgiving others. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not forgive others as I have forgiven myself I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to let go of the hurts of my past wherein I felt wronged, or betrayed, or manipulated and instead hold onto these past wounds in refusing to forgive others I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider forgiving others and instead focused on forgiving myself instead of realizing there were moments in my life where I was hurt by others and I still carry those hurts within me and so I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to free myself from those hurts of the past i...

595: A New Journey

Image
Art By: Andrew Gable I see there is a lot of room for improvement... a lot of space to grow. Despite having made a commitment to change myself almost 10 years ago, I see I've come far, but there is still a long way to go. Every day I see where I can improve, push myself a little farther, become a little more self-honest, take a little bit more self-responsibility, and spend a little more time breathing . I still see tendencies to judge and condemn and define within the confines of right and wrong. I see I do this to others, so I must still be doing this to myself. I still see the tendency to go into war within myself towards another, thinking it's them which justifies my 'right to continue' instead of dropping the weapons and raising the white flag and saying enough is enough. I still see my tendency to compare myself to others... either better or worse, superior or inferior, still standing in separation instead of valuing the equality of all. The thing I...

578: Have you had Enough? Ready to Snap?

Image
Recently I've been experiencing this point within me of reaching a breaking point or reaching a boiling point, where 'shits about the hit the fan'. It's almost like I'm close to hitting a limit within myself, and I won't be able to 'take it anymore' and I'm going to snap! So I had a moment today where the point came up again where I was becoming frustrated, and agitated and reactive basically - blame towards others in my environment, doubt that what I've been applying is even working, and feeling as though I'm about to give up because "fuck it - what's the point." And in looking at this point, I realized it's from a process of accepting and allowing things to accumulate within me. I mean obviously that's what's going on - how can something 'hit a boiling point' or a 'breaking point' if it's not being added to, or have some sort of influence over it. 'Reaching the limit' and 'havi...

574: Programmed to Punish

Image
Continuing from the previous two recordings . I investigate deeper into some reactions towards an individual in my life, and how they acted as a trigger to open up more relationships I have developed towards the word punishment, and how it's manifested in this world. There is a lot to uncover if we don't accept our 'first impressions' and dare to SEE MORE of what's Here. 568: Process Update: The Effects of the Desteni I Process

Image
I have incorporated, for almost a decade, very specific tools and applications that have released me from various behavioral and mental limitations and what I am finding more and more is a self-trust to face this world as it is, without judgment, and within self-direction, as I have done with my own mind. I invite you to reflect on your own life, and if you are not satisfied with yourself, your relationships, your job, your family... dare to consider WHY and dare even more to change it. Here I share where I'm at at the moment, and in vlogs to come, I will share my perspective on what currently keeps people from fully enjoying their lives, and from fulfilling their utmost potentials. As always, I invite your feedback, comments, and questions. Thanks for walking with! 553: Forgiveness is not about Forgetting

Image
I just listened to an Eqafe recording titled, "Forgiveness and Forgetting" . It explains the point of how just because you forgive something, doesn't mean it forever deletes it from you or your mind. There still exists a remembrance - a recalling of what has happened and who you were. I was reminded of a time in my life where I realized I required to forgive myself for something I had done. I was ashamed and felt guilty , and regretting how I made the decision to do what I did. And for weeks, the same experience was coming up, I kept going back to the moment where I made this decision, what came from my decision, how it changed my life, and I was gripped by this emotion of regret and sadness. And I realized with this continuing to come up I had to forgive myself, to allow myself to let go of what I was holding onto. I realized I couldn't change what was done - what I had done. It was done and that was that. There was no going back. But I still remained, and ...

547: When You Blame others for your own Self-Definitions

Image
This is a follow up to the previous blog as it relates to the new work environment, the new people in my environment, and the experiences that thus comes up from it. Following the nuisance idea of me, came the feeling inferior, and inadequate, and that others were impatient with me and within that - blame towards them for having such feelings towards me, when all the while the feelings exist within ME and so I am alone responsible for them. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react towards another when I feel as though they are being impatient with me I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react towards another when I feel as if they are seeing me as dumb I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react towards another when I feel as if they are making me inferior to them I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react towards another when I feel as if they are assuming I am inadequate I fo...
