Kristina's Journey to Life

 I am sitting here asking myself what is the point I want to write about.  Nothing is really standing out at the moment. So I keep looking while also writing about the process.  Interesting how we can do both things at once. The writing is like waiting for a point. Perhaps I should just pick one.  You know there is a point I want to address but it's more personal and think it would best to walk it for myself privately first. For now - perhaps I will take on another word in the redefining living words process to keep things moving.  I did want to redefine the word ASCENSION because I have read enough books and been a part of enough communities that were asking questions such as "Who am I" and "Why am I here" to know that ascension is a point that is talked about, anticipated, resisted and overall open for discussion because well, it's a word. So why not address it and redefine it into a practical, living expression of life.  So the steps to redefining/living...

" I am so Powerful - I see what I can do. I visualize nightly what I desire and it manifests quickly" This I recently heard from someone in my reality. These words echoed the past life I lived wherein I beLIEved thoughts created reality and feelings brought to me that which I desire. That is when I existed within self interest - wanting desperately to create a reality where I was content - where I was happy - where I was fulfilled and satisfied - where I could create my own bliss. Then the wake up Call. How illusionary the picture board of bright colors and majestic places on earth trapped me into my own deception. Where my vision was set on the bright light that I blinded myself with. Where I refused to see Reality - what is Actually Here - and turned my cheek to see only within my own eye of desire = creating a Reality that I defined Best for Me. The deception within this - is that there is a WHOLE world Here that I was refusing to see and believed if only I saw...

2012 is here and the minds of Men are going mental. Literally - everyone is trapped within the mental realities of thoughts and fantasy. What do you want to happen in 2012? What do you THINK will happen in 2012? Where are you going in 2012? What will come in 2012 ? Many people believe that the "great" Mayan Civilization that had such high tech advancements in the timing of the Universe has set that 2012 is the year when Humanity will enter into a "New Time" This has been taken in so many avenues and construed to mean so many things.... which one do you enslave yourself to? Some of these 2012 hopefuls believe that an ASScension will be taken place. That their is a "greater reality" that we will just magically float up to. That those "special" enough to be in awareness of this "higher consciousness" will leave this reality behind and conveniently find themselves in a reality so much better then this one. Where do I start? I suppose my whole life was leading to this point - where I face myself and this world in it's totality. I mean it's inevitable for us all to face the truth of ourselves - as we cannot continue on the path we are currently on - there has to be a change - whether we like it or not. Because in the End - Life is calling each one to wake up to the realization that we are here - we are responsible and we are the only ones to change ourselves/this world. No one can save us - no one can change us - we have to move ourselves and decide for ourselves what life is - who we are in relation to life and how life will be lived. As we can see currently - this thing we call life - is only self destruction. And so - we have to stop and re consider the path we are walking - and dare to do something that has never been done in all of the time humans have walked on this earth.... See each other and ourselves Equal. Live Equality and Oneness and stop waiting for an imaginary being...

2012 is Here dom.. dom... dom... There is A LOT of hype around this year - so many beLIEfs - so many thoughts - so many ideas - so many fears - so many opinions - so many Human Beings lost in distraction of fantasy and illusion. The POINT is - this is just another year. And all the beliefs swirling around it - is just another way we distract ourselves from taking responsibility for what is HERE - as the current state of this world. Whether we BeLIEve jesus is going to return and save us - or it's aliens coming to clean up our mess - see it for what is actually is - A Means to keep ourselves BLIND to how we can actually change this world . There are so many angles one can take and challenge with common sense in terms of how people are holding/placing value on this year, 2012 - which I will do in many blogs to come. "The more that I appreciate and show gratitude, the more the Universe showers on me." This is an age old lie - that is perpetuated in many different forms. Through Christianity, within the Belief, if I give myself to a 'savior' I will be 'saved'. More Recently it has been presented within the Secret and the 'Law of Attraction'. Abraham Hicks - and many other channels sells this stuff to keep people blind and bind to their ignorance. Simply - within this Statement, stand in the shoes of another. How about another this exists in Poverty, in a society without Money - where they have to scrap and sell themselves to feed themselves. Would this statement Apply to them? What is the difference between Breathing and Meditating? One might say - nothing, they are one and the same. Are they? What is Meditation? When I first began practicing meditation - it was because I had read that it was a way to 'calm the mind'. To become centered and silent within. I also learned about through psychic development classes I had taken (LOL - sounds silly to me now!). We were taught to focus on our breathing, to take deep breaths and to just quiet this mind. This would then allow for us to become 'in-tune' with our bodies, and be able to open ourselves up to a 'higher realm', or whatever term you want to use. It was suggested to allow the thoughts to pass like clouds in the sky - seeing them, but not reacting to them, or not following them. To just remain with the breath.
