Today I had an interesting experience come up. While I was driving home from my father's house, I noticed this hollowed out, pit in the upper area of my stomach. It was almost like I was punched in the stomach. It wasn't pain like a physical ache, like an upset stomach, or cramps or anything, yet I felt it physically like a hole in my stomach. I did not experience energy anywhere else in my body, except this pit in my stomach. So I looked at it, within myself, to see what it was. I had just eaten dinner, but it wasn't from the food. I asked myself within myself, "what is this," and placde my hand on my stomach. I saw immediately it was guilt. Guilt was manifested as this hollowed out hole in my stomach. So then I looked at what the guilt was specifically in relation to, and I could see it was in relation to my father. And so I asked myself why - why do I experience guilt in relation to my father? A friend mentioned today the fires in Alberta, Canada are bringing smoke and the campfire smell to her area in Minneapolis, MN. This is the second summer I'll be in Canada, and same as last year, hearing about the wild fires crossing the border into the US, causing an affect on parts thousands of miles away. A point to consider here is how in one place of the world - what happens there, has an affect on another part of the world, seemingly separate from the source of what is going on. Yet here it is, a small, yet significant example of the interconnectedness of our world. Fires rage in Canada cause the US to experience the aftermath. No borders keeping out the smoke and smell. Makes our whole border situation seem silly in the first place. You can keep people contained perhaps, with the illusions of borders, but this is One Earth, and what happens on this One Earth affects us all. Often times it's not right on our door step, or fogging up our air, or causing a stench ...

An interesting point here opened up and I want to look more at it, within myself. As I was getting into the evenings 'blog share list', I noticed something peculiar move within me. I noticed one being's blog and then another's, connected these two blogs together and according to how I saw/defined them, from there decided I 'wanted' to write a blog. Now, let's take it back a couple hours ago, I had not decided yet if I was going to place/write a blog tonight. I had written and published one earlier in the day, and that one was actually my blog from yesterday - so technically today is a new day and thus a new blog. But as I was doing my work this evening, I saw that I was doing a lot of reading, and it was getting late and while considering the different points I could write about - ultimately I decided I would not write a blog.
