727: True Nature of Stillness

Image
Every type of spiritual texts or channeled material or body of work that relates to the self and the development of the self, I've come across states the same thing... S L O W  D O W N. Slow down.  Move slower. Take more time to consider and reflect. Stop moving so fast.  And with having this knowledge for all these years, and having practiced it here and there, I can see there is still this rushness to "get on" with it - on to the next action, the next moment, the next step in the process of a day.  As I got up this morning and preparing to take my hour in the office before I start the day with the kids (my partner and I have set up a specific schedule for us so that I may have some time for me before the day starts and before he works for the day) - and I was stepping out of the RV and walking across the yard to our tiny house while my coffee spilled with each step I took, I reflected on my state of being.  I was rushing. I was moving fast. I was quick to get ...

676: Wanting More Time but Refusing to Create it

Image
May 6, 2020 A point here of nearing my bedtime but having so much I still want to do. I then react to myself not getting to everything but refuse to consider staying up later to get to all the things due to a fear of being tired in the morning. Where's the directive principle, am I right? I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become frustrated and anxious when I do not get to “all the things” I wanted to do as an expectation I put onto myself I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as a failure if I do not get to “all the things” I wanted to do instead of considering the practical reality of what I am able to do rather then what I want to do I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react to the time it takes something to do as a point of blaming it for taking “too much time” and keeping me from doing the other things I want to do I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame oth...

596: It's About Time (1 of 30)

Image
Today is Day 1 of 30 days of Self-Forgiveness. And it's about time . I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not slow myself down in moments to create more time I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think and believe I must rush through things in order to create more time instead of realizing if I stepped into my body and breathed with it, I would realize how slow time actually moves or rather how much time I actually have in a moment I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to retain the concept of time being slow, as when I was a child, and I did not have the information and knowledge stored within me as I do now from years of life in observation mode as my mind instead of remaining in my body, aware and present and physically in the moment as a child and so losing my ability to experience time in the slowness that it is I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to yet see, realize, and...

463: Thinking About it Only Gets you So Far...

Image
Continuing from the previous blogs , the following are forgiveness statements, and corrections to be made when I see I am existing more in my mind, rather than in physical action to produce the change I would like to see. Practically assessing what it takes to make things happen, and putting the mind in it's proper place. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see change within my mind , as something that happens instantaneous, instead of practically assessing what it takes to create change, what physical actions are required, and the effort along with it I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to throughout my life, think more about doing something, or changing something, rather than actually, physically doing it – within this, missing the key element of practical assessment in seeing what in real time I must do – the physical actions required to create or change that which I would like I forgive myself that I have accepted and all...

356: Self-Correction as Transcendence and Why we Don't Apply it

Image
In walking the Desteni I Process, the tools we have available are breathing , writing , self forgiveness, self commitment statements and self corrective application. In this blog I'm going to share my perspective and experience in relation to the corrective application. So what does 'self-corrective application' mean? It means, that after one has done their self-investigative writing about a particular reaction or behavior or pattern that one continually lives out, and applies the self forgiveness as taking back the self-responsibility one has to this particular living acceptance of self, then one takes it into the corrective application. Meaning - one takes it into real time /real living application. Let's look at an example - in a recent blog titled, "When Desire is Driving," I wrote about this desire energy that I have noticed comes up in certain experiences in my life, wherein once I have decided upon something, whatever it may be, I will go into th...

2012: "Every One Change in their Own Time"

Image
"Every One change in their own time" In Time - we believe we heal. Through time we believe things will 'fall into place'. In time we believe we will see the truth and find peace. But what is time and how does time move? Per second? Per Minute? Per hour, day, week, year? How do we grasp time and why is time something that happens to us? Why are we not living as time - walking with time breath by breath - moment by moment here? The idea that 'every one change in their own time" implies everyone exists in their own reality. as if time is calculated and accumulated differently for each person. This implies separation as we say, "I am not there yet - I will get there in my own time" Don't we realize Time is here Equal and One with all - as we are all on One Earth, that moves the same and we have days and night and we are all walking through time together. No one has their own experience of time.... Unless you are in your Mind. In your Mind - you...
