563: Resistance and Redefining Words

Image
And so continuing with walking through this resistance to redefining words with the support of self-forgiveness which allows me to gift of self-empowerment, to change my perspective, and understanding of myself and who I am in relation to resistances, and redefining words. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to resist redefining words I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept the idea that I just resist redefine words and make this a part of my story as a self-definition I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept a resistance to redefining words for quite some time instead of moving through the resistance as I see I am able and ultimately what must be done I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up when facing a resistance to redefining words and not move that extra bit to walk through the resistance as I realize it's possible and can be done, I must only make the decision to ...

188: Who I Am within the Decision/Choice I make

Image
This is a continuation of a series I am currently walking: 181: The Birth of a Bully 182: The Birth of a Bully part 2 183: The Bully Character in All it's Dimensions: Memory #1 184: Bonding over Names and Shared Interests 185: What we Allow within Inferiority and Superiority 186: Seeing Equality Through Polarity & Dumping Life for Illusion Continuing with self forgiveness: Fear for having to tell Cristina I would no longer be her friend and thus desiring to 'get it over with' so that I could move on with my 'new' friends I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist within/as fear as the decision I made to 'dump' Cristina, as to no longer being her friend in defining her and myself as inferior and thus wanting to be 'superior' as how I defined the two girls in my class and so even though I 'thought' I was making the 'right choice' - not wanting to actually face what I was actually doing and thus fea...

152: Day 9 of 21-Day Breathing Challenge To Breathe or Not to Breathe... That is the Choice in every Moment

Image
What use is the knowledge of breathing if it is not utilized/lived/applied? I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the knowledge of breath as self support is useless without application I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to support myself with/as breathing I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up on myself in not using breath to support myself and instead give into my addictive tendency as seeking energy within/as my mind I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to prevent consequences of how I experience myself in wanting to run away and sleep away my experience because I did not support myself with breathing and instead allowed myself to go within my mind, in using physical energy as substance for the purposes of self interest and within that experience myself as physically sick and weak as I see what I was accepting and allowing and did not stop myself I fo...

Day 87 - Every Decision is Deliberate

Image
Here looking at the realization that every decision I make in a moment is always deliberate - where I am faced with a choice within myself and recently seeing how I choose self interest. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to, instead of allowing myself to walk through and get done all the points I require to address in a day, allow myself to ‘do something else’ wherein I see the deliberate decision I make to not take responsibility for myself within the responsibilities I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately make the decision to not stand within myself and walk through each commitment I have given to myself, within seeing how I will in a moment, decide within myself that I would rather do something else, something as a form of distraction or entertainment, in seeking ‘feel good’ experiences instead of remaining steadfast, stable as each breath, to direct myself within each responsibility throughout my day I forgive m...
